Amendment 0001 posted 09 July 2021. The purpose of the amendment is to extened the solicitation due date to 22 July 2021 and to schedule a site visit for 15 July 2021 @ 1300 on JBER at Building 10488.

The humidification section of the CRAC unit located in room 117 is not providing sufficient humidity to meet the requirements for a switchgear room. Additional humidification is required to maintain levels in accordance with MIL-HDBK-114b, Vol 1, which requires relative humidity between 40 and 60 percent. A humidifier solution needs to be implemented in building 14088 for rooms 121 and 117. The contractor will provide and install commercial-grade natural-gas fired high efficiency condensing steam generation unit in accordance with manufacturer’s installation instructions to include recommended clearances for maintenance. All applicable regulations are outlined within the statement of work. In accordance with FAR 36.204(e) Magnitude on Construction Projects, the price range of this project is anticipated to be between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
