The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open comeptition basis this requirement, in accordance with FAR 13. This requirement is sole sourced to MPB Corporation, 7 Optical Avenue, Keene, NH 02431-4320 due to unique capability, MPB Corporation is the only vendor whose bearing are certified for use in the gyro subassemblies and the only manufaturer that has the required tooling to perform the operations involved in the repair process and uses proprietary technical data.

All responsible sources must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at the following website: https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/.

Written responses shall be submitted by e-mail to [email protected] or emailed to the Contracting Office Address listed below no later than 10 days from this notice date. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the item without causing programmatic hardship. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
