The 366th Financial Acquisition Squadron at Mountain Home Force Base, Idaho, intends to issue Solicitation FA489719BA012 on or about 6 August 2019. Work consits of providing upgrades to the existing fire detection and alarm system throughout Hangar 1332 in order to meet current system technology standards and ensure the long-term operability of the system. Please see the Statement of Work for further project details. This SOW only provides explanation of the basic desired facilities and any requirements that are in addition to the aforementioned standards. Since this SOW does not reference all specific applicable standards, the Contractor shall present a proposal that reflects a thorough review of all standards, codes, and regulations that apply to the requirements within this SOW.
Notice to Offeror: Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under any anticipated solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to not issue a solicitation. The Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
This acquisition will be Set-Aside for Total Small Business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 238210 with a size standard of $36.5M. The contract will be a single award, Firm-Fixed-Price contract. Period of performance will be 120 calendar days. The project magnitude of this requirement is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00.
