Repair Fence Hurricane Irma
 
The 482 MSG/PK at Homestead ARB Florida 33039 intends to issue an Request for Proposal  (RFB).  This will be a firm fixed priced effort to provide all tools, labor, equipment, materials, supplies, transportation and supervision necessary to repair the fence in Homestead Air Reserve Base. This work includes but is not limited to the repair and installation of an existing fencing system, clearing and grubbing along the fence line, replacing the fencing tarps, and removing a few  concrete poles in different areas of Homestead Air Reserve Base.  All work shall be accomplished in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW)  The estimated cost range is between $100,000 and $250,000.  The NAICS code is 238990 with a size standard of $15.0 million.  The RFP will be available o/a 23 Apr 2018.  RFP closing date will be o/a 29 May 2018.  This acquisition is being solicited as a Small Business Set-Aside 100%. Bids from offerors other than Small Businesss will not be considered. Total contract performance period is 190 days after issuance of Notice to Proceed.  Statute of Limitations is $5M on this project.  The Government reserves the right to cancel this notice/solicitation either before or after the closing date with no obligation to the offeror by the Government.  All other documents (solicitation, amendments, questions and answers, etc.) pertaining to this requirement will be posted/communicated through FedBizOps. All respondents must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Interested offerors are required to submit their Certifications and Representations via SAM. Contractors may access the Internet site at: https://www.sam.gov/ to register and/or obtain information about the SAM program.
