Provide various repairs to screenhouse, including: 1. repair all dry rot, 2. correct existing building racking, to be made plumb; 3.  replace existing doors using Gov't furnished lockset;  4.  supply and install eve fascia;  5.   supply and install pre-painted aluminum reverse half-round bead gutters; 6.  
paint all existing and newly-installed wooden surfaces; 7.  supply and install additional flat steel cross-bracing in an "x" pattern; 8.  preserve existing insect screen and repair any damage to the insect screening. 9. provide a per unit cost for any work not yet discovered, for potential modifications.  The complete solicitation will be posted no later than 6/11/2013.  A site visit is anticipated 6/19 at 9:00 a.m.  Contact Tom Garbacik, Facilities Manager, Corvallis, OR at 541-738-4010 for directions.  Contact Louise Snitz, Contracting Officer, Albany, CA at [email protected] if you have further questions.
