This is a woman owned small business (WOSB) set-aside.

The Contractor will repair dormitory building 4323 per the attached statement of work and applicable codes and standards. The work includes removing and replacing existing interior finishes in dorm rooms, to include but not limited to wall coverings, flooring, paint, ceilings, and doors.

The period of performance of 336 calendar days listed in block 11 below is NEGOTIABLE. If you are proposing a period of performance other than what is listed in block 11, please write it in Section F of the RFP. If there is no period of performance written in Section F of your proposal, the Government will use the number of calendar days in Block 11 as your proposed period of performance which would become mandatory in the case of contract award.

In accordance with FAR 36.204(g) Magnitude of Construction Projects, the price range of this project is anticipated to be between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00.

A site visit will be held on Friday, November 13th, 2020 at 09:00 am CST. The meeting place will be the parkinglot in front of Building 4323, Barkdale AFB, LA 71110. Please RSVP by Thursday, November 5th, 2020 at 04:00 pm CST to be added to the site visit EAL list. Attendance at the site visit is NOT mandatory. Notice to Offerors: Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
