Overview of Project:

Repair Boilers Bldg 148 and 149: BRKR21006. The 117th Air Refueling Wing intends to award a firm fixed-price contract for construction, to repair and repalce the existing boilers and chillers, as per the Statement of Work attached as part of this solicitation. Project Number BRKR21006 will include but not be limited to the repalcement of two boilers and the replacement of one chiller. The Magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this project is 238220. The Small Business Size Standard is $16,500,000. This award is 100% set aside for Small Business. The award will be made to the responsible bidder whose bid conforms to the invitation for bids and is most advantageous to the Government considering only price and price related factors.
