The purpose of this acquisition is to establish a firm-fixed price Requirements contract for the repair of the AN/APX-100, Identification Friend or Foe (IFF) Transponder and Control Panel NSN: 5841-01-520-4271CX; PN: 4070780-0508. The contract will be a one year base plus four one year option periods. Base year's Best Estimated Quantity (BEQ): 38 ea.; Option 1 BEQ: 28 ea.; Option 2 BEQ: 28 ea.; Option 3 BEQ: 28 ea.; and Option 4 BEQ: 28 ea. This sole source requirement to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) currently, the Government doesn't own the data rights to allow for a competitive acquisition. The OEM is:
