Notice of Intent to Lease Space Using Other than Full and Open Competition
The U.S. Government intends to award a lease using other than full and open competition for the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) in Seattle, WA.
The Government requires office and related space yielding a minimum of 63,276 ANSI/BOMA office area. The space must be located in the Central Business District of Seattle WA. All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and tenant alterations must be included as part of the rental consideration. Space must meet all seismic, fire and life safety, ABAAS, and other federal regulations for government leased space.
