Description:
The 501st Combat Support Wing, Regional Contracting Office is requesting the rental of a Concrete Crusher. Estimated time of performance is October 2021. Estimated Rental time shall be 20 days. Delivery is at RAF Welford, Berkshire, RG20 7EX, United Kingdom. The crusher shall be able to crush 500-600 tons per day at 6F2 (75mm-dust). The rental agreement shall include delivery to the project destination and operating personal.

FAR provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. As prescribed in FAR 12.301(b)(1), the following addendum is provided for this solicitation and hereby amends any language therein:
Quotes shall be submitted via email to [email protected] and [email protected] and received not later than 1500hrs British Summer Time (BST), 15 September 2021.

Companies not registered in SAM at the time of quote submission will be considered ineligible for award of the purchase order. Please provide your DUNS and NCAGE on your quote. An US Government point of contact will be provided at Contract Award for coordination of deliveries and work completion. This representative will inform the contractor of any delays in the construction project that will directly impact required performance period of lease.
All contractor personnel delivering to and operating on site will require photographic identification for access to the installation.
Invoicing will be through Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF). Once SAM registration is complete, please go to https://wawf.eb.mil/ to register for WAWF. Successful offeror will only be paid once a valid invoice has been submitted through the WAWF system. Invoices will only be accepted upon completion of each CLIN. Partial CLIN invoicing will not be accepted.

Evaluation Criteria
FAR Provision 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. As prescribed in FAR 12.301(c), the following addendum is provided for this solicitation and hereby amends any language therein:
(2) whether proposed prices are determined to be fair and reasonable.
(e ) A written notice of award or acceptance of an offer, mailed or otherwise furnished to the successful offeror within the time for acceptance specified in the offer, shall result in a binding contract when the offeror returns a signed copy and the Contracting Officer signs the award document. Before the offer's specified expiration time, the Government may accept an offer (or part of an offer), whether or not there are negotiations after it's receipt, unless a written notice of withdrawal is received before award.
(f) Interactions between the Contracting Officer and the offeror(s), after receipt of quotations that are undertaken with the intent to address any aspect of the quotations may be conducted with all, some, or none of the offerors. The Government reserves the right to award all, some, or none of the requirements in this solicitation.
