The City is seeking to lease car rental facilities at the Flagstaff Pulliam Airport for use of car rental concessionaires to serve the traveling public, for a term of five (5) years, with mutual option to renew the agreement for additional terms with Federal Aviation Administration (“FAA”) approval. The facilities include counters within the Airport, parking lots, and use of common areas. There are four (4) counters available. Up to two car rental brands may share the same counter.
