The project consists of but is not limited to the Historic Renovation of the 5,400 sq.ft Rosenwald School and includes selective site demolition, new utilities with connections to municipal services, new grading/drainage, new storm sewer systems, new asphalt paving/curb and gutter, new concrete sidewalks, selective demolition of building components, new/limited foundations, limited floor reframing, new load bearing metal stud partitions/metal stud roof trusses, pointing/repair/painting of existing masonry veneers, new exterior window/door systems, new roof/fascia/eave systems, new building insulation, new interior metal stud/gypsum board systems, new interior floor/base/wall/ceiling finishes, new interior standing/running trim, new interior architectural millwork, new interior doors, new interior accessories/equipment, new plumbing fixture/piping systems, new HVAC/ductwork systems, new primary/secondary/general electrical distribution systems, new lighting systems and fire alarm devices/systems.
