ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID Notice is hereby given that North Strabane Township will be receiving bids until 2pm Friday, August 30th, 2024, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read for the following: RENOVATIONS TO 1957 ROUTE 519S For NORTH STRABANE TOWNSHIP MUNICIPAL OFFICES Canonsburg, PA SCOPE: The work will generally consist of interior renovations and two new building entries at an existing, 2 story, 21,000 sf building. Previous use of the building was for business. New use will be business for the municipal offices, and assembly spaces for a new community space and council chambers. PRE-BID MEETING AND WALK-THROUGH: A pre-bid meeting and building walk through will take place Monday, August 19th, 2024 at 9am at the project site (1957 Route 519 South). Dave Sciullo, Project manager at ArTECH (Construction Manager), Jen Bee, Architect at Desmone (Architect of Record), and Andy Walz, North Strabane Township Manager will attend. PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS: Plans and Specifications may be downloaded here: https://desmone.files.com/f/d1b69f9f5d919e22 REGULATIONS: All bids submitted must comply with applicable federal laws and regulations, including the Federal Acquisition Regulation, as well as local laws and regulations, including Washington County and North Strabane Township.
