The Embassy of the United States in Tbilisi, Georgia will issue a solicitation for Renovation of U.S. Embassy Tbilisi Owned and Leased Residences. These requirements may change depending on funding availability in forth coming periods. Anticipated performance is for one base period and two one-year periods at the option of the Government. Major duties and responsibilities are to provide renovation (make-ready) services to U.S. Embassy Tbilisi owned and leased residences.

All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered. The Government plans to issue the solicitation on March 14, 2018. Again, this solicitation will be issued via the Embassy website https://ge.usembassy.gov/embassy/tenders and www.tenders.ge   ­ no paper copies will be mailed.
