The Project consists of the renovation of portions of an existing three story, concrete and masonry structure with concrete floor slabs and non-load-bearing clay tile with plaster interior walls and masonry veneer over clay tile exterior walls. There will be a Pre-Bid Conference held in the HUPRD Break Room, 600 Dr. Jimmy Carr Street, Searcy, Arkansas on Tuesday, January 26, 2021 at 10:00 AM. The Owner will conduct a tour of the site of the work at that time. Bid Opening Schedule for Tuesday, February 2, 2021: a. Packages 01, 02, 03, 04, & 05 12:00 PM b.
