The American Consulate General, Frankfurt provides the following Pre-Solicitation Notice regarding the issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP) for:

RENOVATION AND CONSTRUCTION SERVICES AT CDC EPHI OFFICE BUILDING, ADDIS ABABA, ETHIOPIA

The Regional Procurement Support Office in Frankfurt, Germany, intends to issue a Firm Fixed-Price Construction Type Contract in July, August or September of fiscal year 2018.

The successful offeror shall provide complete construction services, contract coordination, and supervision, including but not limited to the management and construction necessary to meet the requirements of this contract within the established timeframe.

The scope of work requires the successful offeror to provide professional construction services necessary to meet the requirements of the contract within the established schedules including furnishing all labor, material, equipment and services required to complete the renovation of the CDC EPHI office building, (Ground floor + 2 (three-story) structures) the project also includes providing one new elevator and newly constructed elevator shaft in the EPHI office building, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
