Dover AFB, DE is seeking a contractor to provide renovation services.  The purpose of this notice is to identify potential interested contractors.  Proposals and questions will not be accepted at this time, nor will any preparation costs be reimbursed.  A solicitation will be posted at a future date to provide an opportunity for questions and proposals.  The expected magnitude is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.  Please review the draft Statement of Work for more information.
