A single award is contemplated. Any award made as a result of this solicitation shall be a Firm Fixed Price

Contract, in accordance with FAR Subpart 16.202.

In accordance with FAR 36.204(f), the magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00.

The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 236220.

The award shall be made to the offeror who is deemed responsible and whose proposal conforms to ALL solicitation requirements, to include all stated terms, conditions, representations, certifications, and all other information required by Section L of this Solicitation.

Offerors are advised to read the Proposal Instructions carefully.

The evaluation of all proposals shall be conducted in accordance with the Evaluation Factors in Section M of this Solicitation.
