SOLICITATION NOTICE - COMPETITIVE 8(a)

It has been determined that competition will be limited to 8(a) firms located within the geographical area serviced by the Georgia District Office, and all other 8(a) construction firms with a bona fide place of business within the geographical competitive area, and the assigned NAICS code. All other 8(a) BD Participants are deemed ineligible to submit offers.

The Department of Homeland Security, Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC), Glynco, Georgia is issuing solicitation HSFLGL-11-R-00057, for a single firm-fixed price contract to Renovate Bldg 262 and Construct exterior multi-purpose event venue at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center , Glynco, Georgia, in accordance with attached specifications and drawings.

The NAICS code for this project is 236220. The Small Business Size Standard is $33.5 Million. Estimated magnitude of construction is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. This procurement will be negotiated on a best value basis in accordance with FAR 15.101.
