This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and a written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation number SPM4A8-14-X-0020 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This is notice of the Government's intent to issue a firm-fixed price contract under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.1, full and open competition and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 48 CFR 12.603.

Description of requirements: Renishaw Calibration Products (BRAND NAME OR EQUAL) as follows:

XL80 Laser Measurement System: P/N: XL80-BASE, Base XL-80 Laser Kit (1 EA); P/N: M-9908-0314, Full System Case (1 EA); P/N: A-9908-0295, Universal Tripod (1 EA); P/N: M-9908-0527, Universal Tripod Fabric Case (1 EA); P/N: A-9908-0780, Magnetic Bases (1 EA); P/N: A-9908-0770, Tripod Adaptor; P/N: A-9908-0765, Tripod Converter ML-XL (1 EA); P/N: A-9908-0760, XL Magnetic Base Adapter (1 EA).

XR20 Rotary Axis Calibrator: P/N: A-9920-0400, XR20 Rotary Axis Calibrator ± 1 arc second accuracy (1 EA).

QC20-W Ballbar System Quotation: P/N: A-8014-1510, Standard QC20-W Kit (1 EA) to include: QC20-W wireless ballbar, center pivot assembly, extension bars (50, 150, 300mm), ballbar calibrator, ballbar20 software, Bluetooth adaptor, system carry case; P/N: A-8014-1560, Small Circle Adaptor Kit (1 EA); P/N: A-8014-LKUG, Lathe Adaptor Kit Upgrade (1 EA).

Shipping (1 LOT): FOB Destination to Mechanicsburg, PA 17050. Inspection/Acceptance at Destination.
Offers must include estimated freight costs for evaluation purposes. The freight cost in the contract will be a not to exceed amount and funding cannot be adjusted upward after award.

Performance period/completion date is 30 days after receipt of order or sooner at no additional cost to the Government.

All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which if timely received, shall be considered by the agency. Offers must be submitted to: [email protected] no later than closing response date. All respondents shall be registered in the System for Award Management, ORCA, and have a valid DUNS number, Cage Code, and Tax Identification Number. Unless specified otherwise in your quotation, it will be presumed you are quoting in accordance with the terms and conditions specified and payment terms are Net 30 Days. Published commercial price list with invoices of sales to commercial customers for similar quantities should be furnished with your offer.
