The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to award a sole source firm fixed purchase order to Motorola for a one-year renewal of its Starcom21 radio subscription. This acquisition will be conducted IAW FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. THIS SYNPOSIS IS PUBLISHED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS.

All applicable provisions and clauses are attached. Per FAR Part 5.207(c)(16)(ii), vendors that feel they can provide the Motorola subscription license and meet the Government’s requirements detailed above, may submit a capability statement which will be considered by agency.

The Government may reject all offers received in response to this solicitation, if doing so is in the best interest of the Government. Basis of Award: Award will be based on lowest price/technically acceptable. Award is ALL or NONE/BRAND NAME ONLY. Late submission will not be accepted. No telephone or fax requests will be accepted. This rfq does not commit the Government to pay any costs incurred in the submission of a quotation. The Government is requesting discounts.
