The Social Security Administration (SSA) intends to negotiate solely with Fresche Solution/Look Software PTY. LTD located at 622 Ferntree Gully Rd.; Wheelers Hill, Victoria 3150, Australia for maintenance of Look NewLook Enterprise and SmartClient Software . This software is proprietary to Fresche Solution/Look Software who is the sole source provider of and has access to the source code necessary to provide the required maintenance subscription that is comprised of version upgrades and updates, bug fixes and patches; and telephone/internet support for the period of 12 months. There are no authorized resellers.

The authority for this acquisition is set forth in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b) "Soliciting from a Single Source." Written responses to this notice shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bona fide capability to fulfill this requirement.

This is not a request for quotation, and the Government does not intend to pay for information received. A determination by the Government not to compete the requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
