To improve efficiency in accessing the internal network by remote users, as well as conform to Judiciary technical standards, the Illinois US Court requires a change in their fully qualified domain name. All network systems, including servers, telephones, courtroom technology, and end user machines are connected to the domain and communicate via the domain.
Consolidate Illinois US Court Active Directory forest/Domain into a newly created domain with minimal end user and operational impact. All existing Active Directory objects, including, but not limited to, login scripts, batch files, DNS, DHCP, and Sites and Services components must be captured, documented and recreated in the new domain. All existing Active Directory functionality, whether explicitly listed in this contract or not explicitly listed in the contract must be fully functional prior to close of project.
All required servers, groups, and users from the current domain will be consolidated into the newly created target domain.
All end users and end points shall have fully functional systems immediately after final migration event for the given endpoint.
The Contractor shall perform all tasks necessary to provide a fully operational, renamed, active directory environment, containing full functionality of previous domain environment.
