The 436th Contracting Squadron intends to make a sole-source award to Siemens Government Services, Inc, 1881 Campus Commons Dr, Reston, VA 20191-1519, to supply all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, and transportation necessary to remove and reinstall specialty communications equipment for the 436 AW/CP. The 436 AW/CP is upgrading their workstation consoles and to facilitate this project, Siemens shall remove all communications equipment for the AMACS HIPATH 4000 V2.0 from existing workstation consoles and raised flooring. Immediately after the installation of the upgraded workstation consoles, Siemens shall reinstall and conduct operational testing to ensure each workstation functions properly. This announcement constitutes the only notice. The NAICS code for this purchase is 541519.

Under the authority provided in Federal Acquisition Regulation 13.106-1(b), the Contracting Officer has determined that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available. A determination by the Government not to compete this acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
