**NTSBQ140003 - Amendment 0001**

The purpose of this amendment (0001), under solicitation NTSBQ140003, is to 1.) Provide an additional site visit which is Thursday, Dec. 19, 2013 at 8:00 AM EST.  2.) Extend the proposal due date/time to Friday, Dec. 20, 2013, 4:00 PM EST.  3.) Provide clarification questions and answers. 3.) Amend the Statement of Work (SOW).  SEE ATTACHMENT 1 and ATTACHMENT 2 to this amendment.  The clarification questions and answers are hereby incorporated into this solicitation.  Except as provided herein, all other terms and conditions, of this solicitation, remains unchanged and in full effect.
 
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, in conjunction with FAR 13.5, as applicable, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; bids are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is NTSBQ140003 and is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-58. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 238210 with a small business size standard of $14 million. This requirement is issued as a Total Small Business Set-Aside.

The scope of work includes the following: The Contractor shall install new TV mounts in the ROC. The Contractor shall be responsible for ensuring all items are connected, mounted properly and work as described. Current TVs (already purchased) shall need to interface (Contractor must connect the TVs to the upgraded DirecTV systems). The Contractor shall perform all work to implement its solution/plan to upgrade and install an HD DirecTV system and install the necessary DVR's, hardware, wiring and antenna necessary to upgrade and make the system operational to an upgraded DirecTV system.

Work shall be completed on-site at the NTSB Headquarters located at 490 L'Enfant Plaza, SW, Washington, DC, 20594 and completed by February 3, 2014. The Contractor shall work eight (8) hours Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST, excluding Federal holidays and closings. Your proposal must be received no later than 4:00 PM, Eastern Standard Time (EST), on December 20, 2013. LATE PROPOSALS MAY NOT BE CONSIDERED.
