The Contractor shall provide services to remove and clean up hazardous substances, petroleum oil lubricant (POL) free product or impacted soil at USAG-Humphreys. This service may include off-post cleanup and prevent further migration of spilled fuel, relocate contaminated soil, sludge, oil slick and waste/debris generated during the cleanup action to the designated stockpiling areas at USAG-Humphreys. The Government will provide spill response items such as absorbent pads, booms, dry sweep and used spill response materials will be disposed by government. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government.
