The City of Bowie, Maryland requesting sealed proposals for the removal and replacement of an underground storage tank (UST) located at the Public Works Department, 16500 Annapolis Road, Bowie, Maryland. The work shall be consistent with the scope of services contained in this Request for Proposals (RFP). All services performed must strictly conform to the bid documents. The City reserves the right to reject any bid if the evidence submitted by the bidder or an investigation of such bidder fails to satisfy the City that such bidder is properly qualified to carry out the obligations of the contract; and further reserves the right to reduce or modify the scope of the Project in order to meet funding limits and the City’s schedule.
