On or about August 1, 2016 an Invitation for Bid (IFB) will be issued for repair and construction of
Building 720 118th Air Wing, Nashville, Tn.
The contract duration will be approximately 120 days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP).
The solicitation will be a Total Small Business Set Aside. The North American Industry Classification
Code (NAICS) is 236220 with a small business standard of $36,500,000.00
The estimated constructions costs of this project will be between $100,000 and $250,000.
A pre-bid conference/site visit will be held on or around August 9, 2016 at a location and time to be
determined in the solicitation. Please do not submit request for plans and specifications as they will be
listed in the upcoming solicitation.
Project Description:
The Tennessee Air National Guard, Berryfield ANGB, Nashville, TN has been tasked to solicit for and
award a project for the renovation of an existing Traffic Management Office facility consisting of
approximately 7,000 SF. The project includes but is not limited to the repair of interior walls, ceilings,
durable surfaces, paint, floor coverings, millwork, caulk, and protective coatings. This project requires
construction compliance to the ANG Sustainable Design Policy with a design goal of LEED Silver.
