Nellis AFB, Las Vegas, NV 89191, desires to procure the services to have a Funk 2000 Transmission (YZ17606, 40A2221) completely remanufactured. Subject Transmission was installed in a NMC-Wollard (Model 200MB4V2) Aircraft Towing Tractor. Transmission has already been removed from the tractor. Nellis AFB, NV personnel will re-install the remanufactured Transmission once returned from the Contractor. Price quoted must be fob destination which is Nellis Air Force Base, Nevada 89191. Quoted price should include picking the Transmission up at 6090 Depot Road, Bldg # 831, Nellis Air Force Base, Nevada 89191, take the Transmission to your location, remanufacture the Transmission, Spin Test the Transmission after remanufacturing, and return remanufactured Transmission back to point of destination (Nellis AFB, NV). Vendor must state in their price quote, the number of days required to perform after receipt of order (ARO); the terms, conditions, and duration of the warranty for the services performed on the remanufactured Transmission; your Tax ID Number; and your Cage Code.
This is a firm fixed price type contract. Price of the remanufacturing of the Transmission should be all inclusive of labor, parts, material, handling, shipment, freight, and delivery from and to fob destination which is Nellis Air Force Base, Nevada 89191. Therefore, please do not list shipment or freight costs pick up anand delivery of old and remanufactured Transmission as a separate line item on your price quote.
