The Naval Hospital Bremerton, Contracting Office intends to enter into a sole source procurement with Scriptpro USA. This proposed contract action is being conducted under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible
source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements,incorporates provisions and clauses as those in effect. This is not a request for quotes and no solicitation will be issued. This procedure will
be prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures, NAICS: 541990.
The sole source is based on the fact that only Scriptpro is able to perform the relocation of their equipment, and the service to return the equipment to fully operational. A determination by the Government not to compete based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.  Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining wheter to conduct a competitive procurement.

Any firm belives that they can provide the stated services can provide a supporting document demonstrating their capability. No telephone or facsimile requests will be accepted.
