The 142nd Fighter Wing, Portland Air National Guard, Portland OR, intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) to award a single firm fixed-price contract for the Relocation of the Base Pavillion at the 142nd FW, Portland Air National Guard, Portland, OR.

All specifications and drawings will be included as an attachment to the request for proposal.

In accordance with FAR provision 36.204 and DFARS 236.204 the magnitude of the project is between $25,000 - $100,000

Construction/contract completion time is 45 calendar days after notice to proceed to include inspection and punch list.

This is a total small business set- aside. The small business size standard is $36.5 million average annual revenue.

The tentative date for issuing the solicitation is on or about 22 August 2016.
The tentative date for the pre- proposal conference is on-or-about 31 August 2016 at the 142ND FW CES Building 140, at the Portland Air National Guard, Portland OR. Interested contractors are encouraged to attend and shall follow conference registration and base access requirements shown in the solicitation A site visit will follow the pre-proposal conference.

The solicitation closing date is scheduled for on-or-about 21 September 2016. Actual dates and times will be identified in the solicitation.
