Rehabilitation Works for 18 schools in the TTH Tanger-Tétouan-Al Hoceima Region divided in 4 lots
On November 30, 2015, the Government of the Kingdom of Morocco concluded a second cooperation program (Compact II) with the United States Government, represented by the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC), with the objective to improve the quality of human capital and land productivity.
The budget allocated by MCC to Compact II, which came into effect on June 30, 2017, amounts to 450 million dollars, to which is added a contribution of the Moroccan Government of a value equivalent to at least 15% of the American contribution. The global budget will finance, over a period of five years, two projects, namely "Education and Training for Employability" and "Land Productivity", the implementation of which has been entrusted to the Millennium Challenge Account - Morocco (Agence MCA-Morocco).
By this specific procurement notice, the Agency MCA-Morocco requests qualified and interested bidders to submit offers for Rehabilitation Works for 18 schools in Tanger-Tétouan-Al Hoceima's region divided in 4 Lots with a view to establishing unit price contracts based on the bill of quantities, unit prices and estimated details included in the Bidding Document. The duration of the execution of the works is seven (07) calendar months from the start date of each lot. These works are part of the activity 'Education and training for employability' under the project 'Education and training for employability'.
The works are split into the following four lots:
- Lot 1: 6 Schools in the Provincial Delegation (DP) of Larache
- Lot 2: 4 Schools in the Provincial Delegation of Tanger
- Lot 3: 4 Schools in the Provincial Delegation of Tétouan
- Lot 4: 4 Schools in the Provincial Delegation of Chefchaouen and Ouezzane
A Contractor will be selected according to the Competitive Procurement Procedures described in the Bidding Document. Bidders are advised that these procedures are governed by MCC Program Procurement Guidelines which can be found on the MCC website. Although these procedures are similar to those set out in the World Bank Standard Bidding Documents for Procurement of Works, there are several significant differences and firms are advised to review these instructions carefully.

Attendance is strongly advised for all prospective Bidders or their representatives but is not mandatory.
All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security included for an amount of Two hundred fifty Thousand (250 000) Moroccan Dirham per lot in the form specified in the Bid Data Sheet (BDS) at ITB 21.1. Bids must be delivered in the manner specified in the BDS at ITB 23.1, no later than May 16th, 2019 at 4:00 pm (local time) to the address:
