The work to be performed consists, in general, of the rehabilitation of two separate sewer lift stations. One located on the northeast corner of Olive Drive and Calloway Drive and the other is located in the northeast corner of Hageman Road and Jewetta Avenue. Rehabilitation includes, but is not limited to, removing and replacing the existing pumps with specified Hydrostal pumps and Pre-Rotation basins by Flo-Systems; removing and replacing the existing vertical discharge piping and pump rails; installing new access hatches and fall protection; constructing new cleanout, manholes and pump connections. Contractor shall provide all bypass pumping and temporary facilities for duration of pump station rehabilitation. Contractor shall pay prevailing wage rates per California Labor Code requirement.
