The State University of New York at Farmingdale State College will receive sealed bids for project number 2021-01 titled The Rehabilitation of Knapp Hall until 11 am. local time on Wednesday, September 22, 2021 at Farmingdale State College Service Building, Conference Room ‘A’, where such proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud. All work on this Contract is to be completed within 455 calendar days, starting ten (10) calendar days after the contract approval date of the New York State Comptroller. Accordingly, a deposit check of $45.00, made payable to Farmingdale State College, is required. Deposits less than $50.00 are nonrefundable. A mandatory in-person walk-through for all bidders shall take place as follows: Date and Time: 10am local time on September 2, 2021 Location: Assemble outside the Bunche Plaza entrance of Knapp Hall No additional walk-throughs will be provided after this date. The University has the right to reject bids if the bidder failed to attend the walk through.
