The purpose of Amendment 004 to P14PS01158 is to incorporate FAR Clause 52.228-1 Bid Guarantee (Sep 1996) into Section L of the Solicitation. Please refer to Attachment No. 1 for full reference. As a result of this change, Attachment No. 1 to this Amendment is incorporated herein and made a part hereof this Solicitation.
