Contractor shall provide all labor, management, supervision, tools, materials, and equipment necessary to provide grounds maintenance and landscaping services located at Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek- Fort Story, Virginia Beach, Va., and Naval Weapons Station Yorktown, Yorktown, Va.   Additional locations within a 50-mile radius of these locations may be added by modification to the contract. The services include, but are not limited to, mowing, trimming, edging, trash and debris removal, aeration, de-thatching, fertilization, irrigation systems operation and maintenance, tree maintenance, tree control, vegetation and weed control within the installation.
