The City of Ontario Office of Emergency Management (OEM) is seeking to establish a contract to provide assistance and support to the Emergency Manager and staff with Regional Catastrophic Planning Grant Program mass care emergency planning activities, to include: • Inventory of critical infrastructure inventory for mass care activities. • Development of mass care emergency plans and procedures. • Ensure all plans and procedures are SEMS and NIMS compliant. • Conduct planning meetings. • Perform all grant administrative and reporting requirements as outlined in the grant guidance and Subrecipient Agreement. This project is being conducted as part of the Regional Catastrophic Planning Grant Program through the City of Los Angeles. The City of Ontario has been designated to receive $250,000 for FY 07-08 and $185,000 for FY 09 to support the goals and objectives of the Grant as set forth by the Grantor and CalEMA as well as the investments and projects identified in the Investment Justifications for the Grant, which were submitted as part of the California Regional Catastrophic Preparedness Grant Program applications.
