The objective of this project requires the Contractor to compliantly transport spent Ion Exchange Resins (IXR) from the Pantex Plant to the Contractor’s regeneration facility and deliver regenerated IXR to the Pantex Plant. The Contractor must make all arrangements and be indicated as the shipper on all documents. The transporter must meet all applicable Department Of Transportation compliance regulations.
