The State Refugee Office is looking for a provider(s) to provide education services to Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) eligible refugee youth ages 0-18 (or the age at which they enter school including early childhood education). ORR-eligible youth older than 18 are eligible if the person is enrolled in high school or a high school equivalent GED program. Eligible population include refugees; asylees; Afghan Humanitarian Parolees, Cuban/Haitian Entrants; Certified Victims of Trafficking; Iraqi or Afghan Special Immigrants; Amerasians and permanent lawful residents who have held any of these statuses in the past.
