The Pennsylvania Department of Human Services (“DHS”) requires a Contractor to provide all labor, transportation, equipment, and tools necessary to service and repair Refrigeration Equipment at Torrance State Hospital (the “Facility”) located at 121 Longview Drive, Derry Township, PA 15779. The selected Contractor shall be available to provide service seven days a week, 24 hours a day. Preventative Maintenance will be through annual visits as noted in Attachment A of the Statement of Work. The Contractor must also be available for Repairs on an on-call basis, if needed. Term of contract will be for two years with 3 one-year renewal options. This Invitation for Bid has been reserved as a Small Business Reserve. Only those Bidders certified as DGS Small Businesses through the Small Business Program may submit a quote for these services. ONLY ELECTRONIC BID RESPONSES WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR SUBMISSION.
