The United States Air Force is soliciting for sources that can provide forestry services on lands within Joint Base Charleston administrative boundaries.  Planting may occur anytime between mid-November to January 31. This is a one-time track specific service.  Loblolly OP Elite or equivalent, for a total quantity of 51,546 total seedlings. Hand Planted on a 6 x 10 foot spacing over 71 acres.  For this requirement, the contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, tools, transportation, permits, licenses, supervision, expertise, and other incidentals necessary to successfully complete reforestation services in accordance with industry standards. Our intention with this Sources Sought is to gather a list of capable small business vendors.
