National Institute on Drug Abuse, Station Support/Simplified Acquisition, Office of Acquisitions- Neurosciences, on behalf of the National Institute on Aging intends to negotiate and award a purchase order on a non-competitive basis to iCyt Mission Technology, Inc., 2100 S. Oak Street, Champaign, IL 61820 a 1 year service agreement for a iCyt Reflection Cell Sorter instrument excluding options and lasers.
The service agreement includes all labor, parts and travel expenses; software revisions that are released during the term of the agreement; unlimited telephone support for instruments, software, reagents and application support; Unlimited remote diagnostic support via VPN to access the customer site
iCyt Mission Technology, Inc. is the sole provider of service agreements for iCyt Reflection Cell Sorters.
The acquisition is being conducted using FAR part 13.106-1(b)(1) procedures and is exempt from the requirements of FAR part 6, competition requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities in response to this synopsis. The determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely with the discretion of the Government.
