The Department of Natural Resources is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) in order to provide services to DNR to aid in the placement of substrate for construction of a reef base towards the enhancement of oyster reefs in St. Mary’s River Oyster Sanctuary (Maryland’s St. Mary’s River within the Chesapeake Bay).
