The City of Redmond (“City”) is soliciting proposals from community-based organizations (CBO’s) to assist City staff in conducting equitable and inclusive outreach as part of the periodic update of the Redmond Comprehensive Plan, also known as Redmond 2050 (redmond.gov/Redmond2050). The City desires to contract with one or more CBO’s as an outcome of this RFP and has a total budget of about $70,000. The City is committed to engaging with people and communities who have historically been excluded from or otherwise not participated in community planning efforts. It is the City’s goal to sustain relationships developed during Redmond 2050 beyond the comprehensive plan update. An optional pre-proposal meeting will be held at 3:00 PM PT on March 2, 2023 using Microsoft Teams (via virtual meeting link).
