The City is seeking professional engineering services from a qualified firm to prepare a focused drainage study and corresponding drainage solutions for the Redlands Country Club (RCC) vicinity. Generally, stormwater runoff is being discharged onto the Redlands Country Club golf course at the locations depicted on the map attached to this RFP. Additional discharge locations may be identified by the consultant during the research. RCC claims that this discharge onto the golf course is unlawful and expects the City to resolve it. The goal of this project is to obtain a professional opinion as to whether or not the City has any liability for the existing drainage condition and/or any responsibility for changing that drainage condition.
