Question 1: Have these items been done before, and if so the last winning bids.
Answer: Yes. We are not able to provide this information.

Question 2: Do you need a sample of each item with the bid?
Answer: Yes, please refer to the information contained in the combined synopsis/solicitation.

Question 3: Provision Clause Matrix, I am confused what do we have to do with these regarding the bid.
Answer: The Provision and Clause matrix contains all Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)  and DEA provisions and clauses applicable to this procurement. Offerors must comply with all applicable provisions and clauses in order to submit a quote for this requirement.

Question 4: Can we email the quote and send the samples separately?
Answer: Please mail quotes and samples together so that they are all received in the same manner.
