The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate the Revised Performance Work Statement dated 15 August 2023 which increases the limit for Emergency Service Orders from $5,000.00 to $10,000.00 (IV 4.1.3). All other terms, conditions, and instructions remain unchanged.**NOTE** This is Amendment 0004. System Issues. At this time, there is no Amendment 0005.
