DLA MARITIME PUGET SOUND intends to issue a solicitation for an Firm-Fixed-Priced Contract for RECTIFIERS. It is anticipated that this will be issued as a 100% small business set-aside using commercial and simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13.5. The Non-Manufacture Rule will apply to this solicitation. The resultant award will be a firm fixed-price supply contract for FOB Destination delivery to Japan
