The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) to The Corporate Executive Board Company for Recruiting Rountable Memberships for approximately 40 IRS employees from 09/01/2012 to 08/31/2013.  The membership shall include access to website for print pubs, access to program teleconferences, webinars, access to program networking opportunities, executive briefings, access to program virtual services, access to phone-based and online consultative support for IRS recuritment efforts.  The anticipated date of award is July 31, 2012.

This NOTICE is not a Request for Quote (RFQ) and no solicitation will be publicized.  However, if you have the capability to fulfill this requirement; you may submit such capabilities in writing to the IRS Primary Point of Contact.  Written response to this NOTICE must be provided to this office no later than July 27, 2012 by 12:00PM.
