Organization

The Maritime Administration (MARAD)/U.S. Merchant Marine Academy (USMMA) provide an Athletic Program overseen by the Department of Athletics. The USMMA Department of Waterfront Operations and Training is responsible for the operation of the Academy's training fleet, Yocum Sailing Center, and waterfront professional, varsity, and recreational programing.

Scope

The USMMA Waterfront Department seeks two sails (Tri Radial Race Genoa
and Tri Radial Race Reacher) to support the Kings Point Waterfront Program.  (Note: Material type, specifications and features are attached in a separate document)

Evaluation

The government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation deemed the lowest price technically acceptable.
